Panorama of Progress, Inc. (“Pan-O-Prog”) collects only the information needed to run the festival: what you send us through our contact form, and what sponsors, vendors and parade entrants provide when they apply (contact details, business details, documents such as insurance certificates or tax forms, and payment records).
How we use it
- To review applications, assign booths and parade positions, send invoices and receipts, and contact you about the festival.
- To show the public information you choose to share (for example your business name, logo, description and links) on our website and app after approval.
Who processes it
Our website and records are hosted by Wix. Card payments are processed by Wix Payments; we never see or store card numbers. Payment records are kept in QuickBooks Online for our accounting. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Sensitive documents
Tax forms and insurance certificates are stored privately and are only visible to the festival volunteers who need them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time through our contact form. You can unsubscribe from festival emails using the link in any email.
