Q: How will I know if an event is changed or cancelled because of weather?
A: Weather updates will be communicated on our Facebook page.
Q: How do I sign up to be in the parade?
A: Parade details and application are available here.
Q: Is Pan-O-Prog free to attend?
A: Many of our events are free! Those that require tickets will have instructions on their event listing.
Q: Is Pan-O-Prog family friendly?
A: YES! Most of our events are designed for families. There are a few evening events that are 21+ and those are indicated in their event listing.
Q: Is there a lost & found?
A: The best way to inquire about a lost item is to fill out the contact form on this page.
Q: Is Pan-O-Prog pet friendly?
A: Pets are allowed anywhere they would be allowed on a normal day under our city ordinances.
Q: How do I get to Pan-O-Prog?
A: Our events have parking at or near the event. For those coming downtown for the second weekend (Thursday-Sunday), there are free shuttles running from Lakeville North High School and the BOHO Marketplace into downtown. See transportation options and road closure details here.
Q: How do I submit a new event idea for consideration?
A: If your organization would like to submit an event for consideration, please fill out the event interest inquiry. New event inquiries must be received by November 1st of prior year to be considered for upcoming year. You can direct questions to hello@panoprog.org. Pan-O-Prog 2027 is July 3-11.
Q: What does it mean to be a "Pan-O-Prog Event"?
A: If an event is approved by the Pan-O-Prog Board of Directors, it means that YOU execute your event and Pan-O-Prog adopts it into our official schedule - which includes, but is not limited to, a listing in our official schedule of events and promotion of the event on our website, social media, and print products. Pan-O-Prog also allows you to use the Pan-O-Prog logo in your marketing and on printed materials.
