Lakeville Loonatics Town Team Baseball
The Lakeville Loonatics will take the field on July 12 against Dundas as part of Pan-O-Prog, helping close out the community celebration. This game marks the Loonatics’ inaugural townball season and the return of a Minnesota tradition rooted in local pride and community. The Loonatics are part of the Lakeville Baseball Association, which now brings baseball opportunities to Lakeville residents of all ages, from 4 to 50 and beyond.
Townball is community-first baseball played by local athletes, supported by neighbors, and built around nights at the ballpark.
The July 12 matchup will be more than just a game. It will be a full celebration of townball’s return to Lakeville, with activities before and after first pitch. Fans can expect sponsor highlights, vendor booths, concessions, beer, and a lively ballpark atmosphere throughout the day. Pregame festivities start at 4:00 PM, with first pitch at 6:00 PM at Belzer Stadium in Grand Prairie Park. Admission is $5 with youth 12 and under free.
