You have landed on the OFFICAL and ONLY Application page for the Pan-O-Prog BOHO Marketplace.  We are inviting artisans, makers, and boutiques to join us for a fantastic weekend of community and commerce at the annual Lakeville Pan-O-Prog!  

As the Panorama of Progress festival takes over as the offical promoter and manager of this event, we are excited to announce that the event will now cover 3 days, Fri-Sun July 10-12.  We are please to announce that booth costs will remain at last years price of $200 per 10x10 location.  Also new this year at the site will be our BOHO Bistro Bar and Entertainment Area providing another reason for customers to come see all the vendors participating in this re-envisioned event.

The Pan-O-Prog BOHO Marketplace offers a unique shopping experience at Allina Health Pavilion Rink at Hasse Arena. This is your opportunity to showcase your products to thousands of residents and visitors who celebrate with us every July.  We are looking for unique vendors to fill our spaces. Whether you are a returning favorite or a new vendor, we would love to see your application.

 

This is a shopping experience with cash and carry goods.  Business service providers including  Insurance, Home Improvement, Religious Groups, Medical Services and Special Causes will not be approved and should consider the Business Showcase Sponsorship Opportunity.  Please refer to sponsorship tab for additional information.

📋 2026 Event Details

  • Dates: Friday, July 10 – Sunday, July 12, 2026

  • Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Daily)

  • Location: Allina Health Pavilion Rink @ Hasse Arena (8525 215th St W, Lakeville, MN)

  • Setup Time: Friday morning 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM. Setup must be completed by 9:30 AM
     

🎪 Booth Information & Amenities

  • Space Cost: $200.00 per 10' x 10' space for the 3-day event (Payable to Pan-O-Prog).

    • Larger space and configurations available, see application for options.

    • Please Note: Registration fees are non-refundable.

    • Once you have submitted your registration, the BOHO event team will review your submission.

    • Upon approval, an email invoice will be sent providing a link for payment.  Your spot is secured upon payment.

  • The Venue: The market is held in an outdoor but sheltered space (Pavilion Outdoor Rink). This offers great protection from the elements!  Tents are allowed.

  • Security: Overnight security is provided for the venue but Panorama of Progress Inc. will not be responsible for vendor booth contents. 
     

⚡ Important Event Information and Detail

  • Terms and Conditions Document Review:  Prior to completing the application, vendor must review and agree to the Pan-O-Prog BOHO Marketplace Terms and Conditions document.

  • Power Access: Electricity is limited and requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors requiring power will be placed on the outer perimeter.  Generators are strictly prohibited.

  • Forms: Your form ST19 must be uploaded to be accepted as a vendor.

  • Coordination:  A map with your assigned space will be provided by Wednesday July 8, 2026
