Located on the North Side of the Lakeville Art Center grounds, if you're not the patient Bingo player but rather a Libation Specialist, we have the escape just for you! No Bingo, rather great music with local legend Tim Howe taking the stage at 6:30 PM Kickback, hang with your friends, and enjoy the tunes. Full bar including mixed drinks, wine and beer for your enjoyment - you cannot go wrong!

Beer, Brats & Bingo - It all started in Lakeville, Minnesota in 1978

The 49th annual Beer, Brats and Bingo is both a beloved reunion for Lakeville residents and a fundraiser supporting the Lakeville MN Lions Foundation and Lakeville Lions Club. The event takes place during Pan-O-Prog’s big weekend and features the Lions Beer Garden, as well as a special Bingo fundraiser. Attendees can look forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new people, and enjoying activities that benefit the community.

Reserved Seat Packages for Bingo Tent – Bingo Cards Sold Night of Event $30 cash

$30 Reserved Seating Package: Choose your table and seat in advance. Each ticket includes two vouchers (good for food or drink, $16 value each), an event lanyard, and coupons from Lakeville businesses. Tables have 8 seats (4 per side); ignore graphics showing end seats. Select your seat on the Eventbrite Seat Map—Lions will not help with separated groups, so choose carefully.

Note: The Reserved Seating Package does not include bingo cards. Bingo cards are sold separately for $30 cash at the event (see rules below). Reserved package holders are guaranteed bingo card availability for purchase.

Date and time: Thu, Jul 10, 2025, 4:30 pm All Gates open, all bar and food areas open for service. Tim goes on stage at 6:30 PM - Music until 10:30 PM. Bingo starts on the South Side Main Stage at 6:30 pm.

The Lions “Beer Garden” will offer several kinds of domestic and craft beer as well as wine and a full bar. The food tent will be selling Brats along with Pulled Pork or Chicken Carnitas, Burgers, and Hot Dogs. Chips and sodas are also served. Full bar with cold beer, drinky drinks, and live music. Our Sweet Kneads Dessert Bar returns this year.

Pan-O-Prog Bag and Personal Item Policy for “Select” Event Spaces

Lions Beer Garden Approved Bags/Personal Items

• One clear bag not to exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

  • Or one small clutch with or without strings not to exceed 6” x 9”

  • Or one fanny pack not to exceed 6" x 9"

  • Or one 1-gallon resealable clear plastic storage bag

• Diaper bags when accompanied by children of appropriate age

• Medical equipment with only medically necessary items

• All bags will be subject to inspection

Additional Event Space Rules:

• No Weapons

• No Outside Beverages

• No Outside Food

• No Coolers

• No Dogs or emotional support animals (ESAs)

  • Registered/Red Vested and trained service dogs are permitted

• Entry to the event grounds is complimentary, and guests of all ages are welcome

  • Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

  • No Individuals under 18 allowed entry after 9:30pm

• All events go rain or shine

The Lions host the Beer Garden hospitality and entertainment for all to have a good time with family and friends. The Lions Pan-O-Prog events help raise funds which are given back to people and projects in need within our Lakeville community.
