Your invited to our 12th annual Fly-In Breakfast, part of Pan-O-Prog 2024

Pancakes and jet fuel on Sunday morning, what could be better? Bring your family and friends. The Lakeville Lions Club will be hosting their Annual Fly-In Breakfast at Airlake Airport on Sunday, July 7th from 7:30 am -11:30 am. This event attracts flyers from all over Minnesota and one from Wisconsin! This is one of those times when pilots will spend $100 on fuel just for breakfast!! It costs nothing to come out and experience aviation with your own eyes and ears. Free admission and free parking for this great event.

Event Updates for 2024

Breakfast Updates

Our goal is to reduce food line wait-times breakfast.

Due to continued growth of the event and support of the community for this annual event, all tickets will be sold on-line. Tickets purchased in advance of July 7th will have a discounted price of $2 per adult ticket and $1 for ages 5-12 ticket. The Lions will continue to offer parents a free meal for kids 4 and under with each paid adult meal.

The Lions have added 4 additional grills for a 66% increase in total grilling space

Beverage service changes to all drinks will now be served at your table after you and your family are seated

Second buffet line will be added to further reduce time spent in line

Parking Update

Handicap parking will now be located on the blacktop next to the hangar

Lions will be providing increased people shuttles to and from the parking area

Attractions for 2024

War Birds

The Lions have also confirmed, weather permitting, the appearance of the Minnesota Commemorative Air Force (CAF) “Warbirds”. The CAF will fly in the pride of the fleet, a WWII era North American B-25J bomber, "Miss Mitchell".

Paint the Plow

The Metropolitan Airport Commission (MAC) will be hosting the "Paint the Plow" event during breakfast where they will also have the airport's heavy equipment on display.

Pro Tip: Best time to eat with very small wait time is between 7:30am and 8:30am

The event will be held at the Aloft Aviation Jet Hangar located on the south side of the airport property, travel south on Cedar to 225th Street; west on 225th St. to Maynard Ln; follow Maynard Ln to parking area.

Breakfast includes pancakes, eggs, sausage links, Entenmann's pastries, milk, OJ, and Dunn Brothers Fresh Brewed coffee.

Pre-Sale Tickets (On-Line Purchase): $14 for adults , $8 for kids ages 5-12, and kids 4 and under free (1 free with each paid adult)

Event Day Tickets (On-Line Purchase): $16 for adults, $9 for kids ages 5-12, and kids 4 and under free (1 free with each paid adult)

The pilot-in-command (PIC) of airplanes that fly in are provided with a free breakfast.

Last year, we had over 2,200 join us for this great event! Advanced sales end at 12:00 am (Midnight) on Saturday July 6, 2024.
