Beer, Brats & Bingo - It all started in Lakeville, Minnesota in 1978

Now in our 46th year, Lakeville residents view Beer, Brats & Bingo as a reunion just as much as a community fundraiser for the Lions Club. This event is an opportunity to reunite with old friends and make new acquaintances.

Planned upgrades for the 2023 Bingo Event:

1. Can the tent get any bigger - the answer is Yes, you will be impressed!
2. More seats - we have added additional seating via improved configuration with new tent
3. Advanced Ticket Check-in: redesigned check-in area along with boosted Wi-Fi for ticket app
4. Day of event General Admission bingo card sales and entry begin at 6 pm on event day
5. Advanced Reserved Seat  section is now an actual numbered reserved seat. You get to pick your table and seat for reserved section

Beer, Brats and Bingo Rule Updates for 2023

• No seat saving allowed - Advanced Reserved Seat tickets (includes card reservation) will hold a seat location.  The advanced bingo card reservation ticket will hold you a card and allow for 4:30 pm early  access to the grounds.  All seats require a bingo card purchase - only a card in possession at the event will hold a seat - all seats will be for bingo players only. (This change will allow for 25% more seats for players. Non-bingo players are encouraged to stand or enjoy plenty of seating on the North Side Music Stage Grounds.)  This change is also intended to allow for a better "listening" experience for bingo players
• No coolers, no large bags, no beverages allowed through gate
• No dogs or ESA's (emotional support animals) allowed through gate - (recognized/trained service dogs only)
• On event day, beginning at 6 pm, 600 "Standing Room or Grass Seating Only" cards will go on sale, price will be $20 each.  At Beer Brats and Bingo, grass seating means sitting on the grass.  There may still be seats available, however they are not guaranteed

Event Gate/Admission specifics for Thursday July 13th, 2023:

• Advanced Card Reservation & Advanced Reserved Seat Registration tickets: Doors open 4:30 pm
• North Side Music Stage opens 4:30 pm
• Food Tent opens 5:00 pm
• Grass Seating/Standing Room Only:  Bingo card sales & grounds entry open at 6:00 pm.  Each card is $20 and 600 cards will be saved for event day sales.
• Bingo starts at 7:00 pm

As always - The Lions Beer, Brats and Bingo event is free to attend.  Cost to play bingo is below and requires a Pan-O-Prog button - buttons are included in the purchase price.  North Side (Music)  entry is open at 4:30 pm, South Side (Bingo) General Admission entry is open at 6:00 pm.

Lakeville Lions Beer, Brats & Bingo Event Details

• Advance purchase options - Card/Seat Reservations & Card Reservations

1. Advanced Bingo Reservation for $30 guarantees a Bingo card will be reserved in your name  -  advanced purchase includes 4:30  pm early access to grounds for open seating selection.  Advance Bingo Reservation ticket purchase does not include a guaranteed seat.  Seat selection on the Eventbrite App for Advance Bingo Card Registration DOES NOT represent a location, rather represents the bingo grounds other than the reserved seat section.  We have 500 more physical seats than we are selling advance bingo reservations.  Rules changes noted above should ensure all advance sales can locate a seat. (Provided seating rules are followed)
2. Advanced Reserved Seat & Bingo Reservation - Reserved seating available - $50 ticket  allows you to pick your table/seat in advance and have it held until 7:30 pm. This also includes reserving a bingo card in your name.  Ticket includes 4:30 pm early entry.  NOTE: Your seat will be held until 7:30 pm (30 minutes after start of the bingo program).  If you plan to play multiple cards and want a reserved seat, purchase your Advanced Reserved Seat  Reservations (1 per player) and then purchase Advanced Bingo Reservation ticket in the quantity you would like. Advanced Reserved Seat tickets have a  quantity limit of  16 seats/cards per purchase which is equal to a 2 full tables.  Advanced Reserved Seats are by table, with 8 seats per banquet table, 4 per side.  NOTE: The graphic will indicate a seat on each end - this will not happen. Seats will be 4 per side.  Each table is numbered as well as the seats on the table.  It is up to the purchaser to pick the seats via the Eventbrite Seat Map when purchasing - Lions will not work to assist seperated groups - select your seats with care upon purchase.

• Bingo Cards (Shutter Style) are  good for all games
• Games & Prizes: Estimated 80 prizes to be awarded
• 2023 Donated Prize Pool estimated at $35,000!
• 7:00 pm: First Bingo game is called
• Ages under 18 can play Bingo if accompanied by an adult
• Pan-O-Prog button is required to play in the Bingo event but not required for grounds entry (buttons are included in the purchase price).  Buttons are good for all Pan-O-Prog events during the weekend
• Entry to the event grounds is FREE, all ages welcome (under 18 must be accompanied by adult)
• Rain or shine event

NEW IN 2023 - Pan-O-Prog and pull tabs - You pull ‘em! We pay ‘em!

Continuing the Lakeville Lions tradition of putting the “fun” in fundraising, pull tabs are coming to Pan-O-Prog for the first time this year at The Beer Garden.  Come and play near the Lakeville Lions Beer Tent from July 13th – 15th starting at 5:00 pm.  Enjoy the food, drinks, live music and all the other activities while taking a chance to win big!

We will be on the north side of the Lakeville Art Center on Thursday and the south side on Friday and Saturday.

Join us for pull tabs and support our donations to your local charities!

The Lions “Beer Garden” will offer several kinds of domestic and craft beers as well as wine and a full bar. The food tent will be selling Beer Brats and Lion Brats (Bacon & Jalapeno Cheese) along with Pulled Pork Carnitas, Burgers, Turkey Burgers and Hot Dogs. Chips and sodas  are also served.
