 Thursday, July 11, 2024 Beer, Brats and Bingo: It all started in Lakeville, Minnesota in 1978 

Now in our 47th year, Lakeville residents view Beer, Brats and Bingo as a reunion just as much as a community fundraiser for the Lions Club. This event is an opportunity to reunite with old friends and make new acquaintances.

Improvements for the 2024 Bingo Event:

1. The Big Tent Returns! Largest capacity ever for bingo players
2. NO Seat Saving Rule Updated: Applies to "Under Bingo Tent Location" only. General seating and seating for non-bingo players is open for all seats outside of the main bingo tent.
3. All Gates/Grounds Open at 4:30pm: Gates and all grounds areas open with full access to north and south Art Center grounds
4. More Room: Improved space between tables for a more comfortable experience
5. Better Value: Reserved Seating Ticket ($50) includes 2 tickets for food or drink ($14 Value), no increase in price verses 2023 event
6. Increased number of Reserved Seats: You get to pick your table and seat, 600 total
7. Last Chance Bingo Card Sale: $20 bonus cards go on-sale at 6:15pm while supplies last, must be seated with a card in possession to qualify for purchase
8. New 6:30pm start time for first game called: New start time allows for a break at 8:10pm
9. New improved "Weather Related Postponement": Plan details below

Event Gate/Admission specifics for Thursday July 11th, 2023

• 4:30pm Gates Open for entry into grounds, all food and bar areas open
• 4:30pm Ticket Check-In opens for Advance Card Reservation and Reserved Seat/Card tickets
• 5:00pm Time How performs on the North Side Music Stage
• 5:30pm Sales open for General Admission Bingo Event Card for Open Seating/Grass Seating/Standing Room Only area
• 6:00pm Bingo Announcements Begin
• 6:15pm $20 Last Chance Bingo Cards sales open in the bingo playing area under and around the main tent.  All current card holders can purchase additional cards for $20 while supplies last. Weather Related "Continuation of Play" tickets will NOT be included with "Last Chance" Card sales. (see weather related postponement details below)
• 6:30pm Let's Play Bingo
• 8:00pm The Gunslinger Duo performs on the North Side Music Stage
• 8:10pm  Bingo Intermission (20 Min)
• $2,000 Coverall Game to be played as the second game after intermission

As always, the Lions Beer, Brats and Bingo event area is free to attend. The ticket costs to play bingo are detailed below.

Advance reservation purchase options - Card/Seat Reservations & Card Reservations

• Reserved Seat and Bingo Card Reservation: Reserved seating available - $50 ticket allows you to pick your table(s)/seat(s) in advance. This also includes reserving a bingo card in your name. New for 2024, your Advance Reserved Seat Ticket will include two (2) tickets each good for a food OR beverage of your choice ($14 value). Ticket includes 4:30 pm early entry. If you plan to reserve seats and play multiple cards, you can reserve additional cards. Purchase your Reserved Seat ticket (1 per player) and then purchase Advance Bingo Reservation ticket(s). NOTE: For combo Reserved Seat and Advance Bingo Reservation sales, see BONUS CARDS detail below. Reserved Seats are by table location and seat number, layout is 8 seats per banquet table, 4 per side. NOTE: The graphic will indicate a seat on each end - this will not happen. Seats will be 4 per side. Each table is numbered as well as the seats on the table. It is up to the purchaser to pick the seats via the Eventbrite Seat Map when purchasing - Lions will not work to assist separated groups - select your seats with care upon purchase.
• Advance Bingo Reservation for $30 guarantees a Bingo card will be reserved in your name - advanced purchase includes 4:30 pm early access to grounds for open seating selection. Advance Bingo Reservation ticket purchase does not include a guaranteed seat. Seat selection on the Eventbrite App for Advance Bingo Card Registration DOES NOT represent a location, but rather represents the bingo grounds other than the reserved seat section. We have 400 more physical seats than we are selling advance bingo reservations. Note: Same Day General Admission Tickets go on sale at 5:30pm. Please arrive prior to this time to ensure you have seat availability.

Event Day Purchase Options - Sales Open 5:30pm

• Event Day Bingo Cards ($30) open for sale at 5:30pm. These cards are sold as Standing room only or grass seating, seats are available but not guaranteed . Available seating will most likely be at tables outside the main bingo tent.
• Last Chance Cards, available for $20 each while supplies last beginning at 6:15pm. Last Chance cards will be sold under the Main Tent and on the bingo grounds and will be available only to current card holders. Weather Related "Continuation of Play" tickets will NOT be included with "Last Chance" card sales. (see weather related postponement details below)

IMPORTANT Bingo Event Rules/Information below - Please review prior to ticket purchase

• No seat saving allowed under the Main Bingo Tent. All seats under the main bingo tent require a 2024 official bingo card purchase - only a card in possession at the event will hold a seat - all seats under the tent will be for bingo players only.
• Non-bingo participants with friends playing bingo are encouraged to sit at available tables outside and surrounding the main bingo tent.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS, NO COOLERS or LARGE BAGS will be allowed through gate
• Recognized/trained service dogs with proper ID will be allowed in
• No dogs or ESA's (emotional support animals) allowed through gate
• Bingo Cards (Shutter Style) are good for all games that evening
• Bingo Games (except cover-all) are straight bingo: Across, Down, Diagonal and 4 Corners
• Games & Prizes: Estimated 80 prizes to be awarded
• 2024 Donated Prize Pool estimated at $35,000
• 6:30 pm: First Bingo game is called
• Ages under 18 can play Bingo if accompanied by an adult. For prizes containing alcohol, the player claiming prize must be 21 and older
• Entry to the event grounds is FREE, all ages welcome (under 18 must be accompanied by adult)
• Rain or shine event
• "Weather Related Postponement": If a "Weather Event" (Lightning or high winds) prevents the Lions from finishing the evening's program, the date/time/location of the makeup games will be Saturday July 13th, 12:00pm at Lakeville Art Center grounds. Upon entry on the night of July 11, each card sold will receive a Bingo Card "Continuation of Play" Ticket. Should a weather event force a postponement, the ticket will be good for a Bingo Card on Saturday July 13th. Bingo Games will resume play at 12:00pm and conclude by 2:30pm. Customers will be able to turn in their ticket at the gate for a Bingo Card starting at 11:00am on July 13th.  North Side Music Stage - The place to hang while your friends play Bingo... 

Located on the North Side of the Art Center grounds. If you're not a patient bingo player but rather a Libation Specialist, we have the escape just for you! No bingo, but great music starting at 5:00pm Tim Howe. The Gunslinger Duo of JT and Todd take the stage at 8:00pm following Tim. Kickback, hang out with your friends, and enjoy the tunes. Full bar including drinky drinks for your beverage needs - you cannot go wrong!

 More Than Just Bingo 

The Lions “Beer Garden” will offer several kinds of domestic and craft beers as well as wine and a full bar. The food tent will be selling Brats along with Pulled Pork Carnitas, Burgers, Turkey Burgers and Hot Dogs. Chips, water, and sodas are also served.  Try our Sweet Kneads Dessert Bar, new for 2024.

Pull Tabs are Back for 2024 - You pull ‘em! We pay ‘em!

Continuing the Lakeville Lions tradition of putting the “fun” in fundraising, pull tabs are back at the Lions Beer Garden at Pan-O-Prog. Pull tabs will be located near the main ticket booth on the South Grounds Thursday - Saturday, July 11th–13th. Enjoy the food, drinks, live music and all the other activities while taking a chance to win big!
