Our high quality parade is regarded as one of the “very best” in Minnesota! The parade will begin on Saturday, July 11th at 5:30 pm in historic downtown Lakeville.
It begins at the corner of Holyoke Avenue and 210th Street and proceeds north to the corner of Heritage Drive ending at Iberia Avenue. The parade is comprised of approximately 120 units along a 1-mile route. It proceeds at a fast pace lasting about 2 hours with a full street of spectators (approximately 20,000) along the entire parade route.
If you wish to participate, please fill out the form and respond as soon as possible, but not later than June 1st. We are limiting the number of parade entries to 120 units. This will allow for a two hour, better managed, higher quality parade.
A $500.00 fee is required from Businesses, Politicians, or Non-Profit Groups who wish to appear in the parade. Those entities who become a Bronze Corporate Sponsor ($500.00) or more get their parade entry fees waived and also get the additional benefits listed in the sponsorship application. No fees are required for Veteran Organizations, visiting Royalty or Emergency Service Units. Non-Profits may contact the parade chair and have their fees waived by contributing a minimum of 32 hours of qualifying volunteerism for the Pan-O-Prog festival. Qualifying volunteer activities can be found under the Volunteer section on the home page of the web site. Applications received after June 1st will be assessed a special handling fee of $100.00 plus the application fee of $500.00 for a total fee of $600.00.
