Thank you for volunteering for Lakeville Pan-O-Prog. Pan-O-Prog would not be successful each year without the support of our community Volunteers! Get involved…many volunteer opportunities are available. For all volunteers who serve this year, a thank you picnic is scheduled for you and your family on Sunday, the day after Pan-O-Prog ends. Details will be given to volunteers as they sign on. Past Pan-O-Prog Presidents, board members, and current year volunteers are invited.

Outdoor warning sirens sound to alert persons outside of the possibility of severe weather impacting their area and serve as a notice that they should seek shelter and additional information.
In the event that the sirens in Lakeville are sounded during Pan-O-Prog outdoor events, the event(s) will either be terminated or will be temporarily shut down until such time as the potential threat is no longer present.

Safety concerns prompted the City Council to pass a new ordinance that eliminates obstructions on all public boulevards and right-of-ways along these routes.
A. The following are prohibited in or on any public boulevard or right of way without the written approval of the public works director or city engineer: privately owned structures, shrubs, boulders, landscape material. The following are permitted in the boulevard area of a right of way: grass, ground cover, mailboxes, and delivery tubes.
B. The owners or occupants of buildings, grounds or premises shall maintain the boulevards abutting the same.
C. With the exception of the special events listed below, written approval is required from the public works director or city engineer to place obstructions or items on any public boulevard or right of way for the twenty four (24) hours preceding a special event and during the special event. A “special event” is an event that will take place in a public street. With respect to the events listed below, obstructions and items cannot be placed prior to the time listed and must be removed by the time listed. Furthermore, obstructions and items may not be secured with any materials that could damage or negatively impact the public boulevard or right of way.
